Sisters

Not only are they sisters, they are TRIPLETS! My friends daughters are five and full of laughter. I watch them in utter amazement and marvel at the relationship sisters have. Enemies one minute, best friends the next. These three girls each have a personality that is distinctly different from the other, but they are alike in so many ways. They start kindergarten in the fall and I feel very lucky that I have been able to share this summer with them (I babysit them during the week). I have been a witness to them straddling life between the carefree days of childhood and the discipline and routine of school. Not little kids anymore, but not quite big kids yet either. We have been swimming, played in the rain puddles, dug for worms, and gone on long walks. On this day we were walking to the playground down the street from my house. I had my camera with me and was able to get a few good shots in before they began climbing and needed my full attention.
